Plan Room
The Northern Arizona Building Association’s Plan Room is a tremendous benefit to our members. We receive plans from across northern Arizona at no cost to our members. Plans are available to members through copy and electronic archive services through our Flagstaff office. Members can save time with just one phone call to NABA to track project leads, check the bidding status of projects as well as project awards and starts. Members may request copies of plans and may check-out plans overnight. (See rates under NABA Copy Center.)
NABA Plan Room job leads are acquired in many ways. The NABA Plan Room receives plans from governmental agencies including several area city’s, county’s, architectural firms, engineering firms and project management company’s mailing lists. In addition, general contractors from around Arizona and the western states are welcome to place sets of plans in the plan room for viewing by our members. The only requirement is that the projects be located in our area. Our area consists of Mohave, Coconino, Navajo, Apache and Yavapai counties.
Lists of General Contractors bidding on projects can be emailed or faxed to members at no charge. For members and non-members located outside the Flagstaff area, association staff can reproduce plans and specs on jobs and express mail as requested. A mailing fee will be added to the cost of the copies you request. A $25 per day plan room fee is required for non-member plan room users
